Most of the domestic horizontal scroll compressors rely on imports. Because the current domestic electric air-conditioning compressor technology is not mature, the power is small, and it takes a certain time to increase the output. At the same time, the price of imported compressors is relatively high, so the compressor supply is in short The situation will continue in the short term, and it may affect the production capacity of new energy vehicle air conditioners.

Passenger car air-conditioning compressors mainly include swash plate type, scroll type and rotary vane type.

The swash plate compressor is the leading product of the reciprocating compressor. It has been developed for many years and the technology is relatively mature. It is mainly used in large displacement passenger cars with high energy consumption.

Scroll compressor has no reciprocating motion, high efficiency, low noise and stable operation. Compared with variable displacement swash plate compressor, it has lower cost and is more suitable for small displacement vehicles.

The rotary vane compressor is small in size and weight, easy to arrange in a small engine compartment, and is suitable for mini-cars.
