Why does the air conditioner of the new energy electric car do not start

When the new energy owner's car air conditioner is not started, it may be because of the following failures:

1, motor module failure

2, vortex movement failure

3, compressor motor control module fault.

The compressor is stopped immediately after a few seconds, which is continuously repeated several times, and it is generally determined by the vehicle system to fail to start the compressor. In the startup phase, the shutdown is caused due to the failure (excluding overvoltage, undervoltage alarm), it is defined as a startup failed. The current is too large, and the shutdown protection will be triggered. The compressor start failed fault and the same point of the overcurrent fault in the compressor: the phase current valid value ≥ the overcurrent alarm threshold.

The main reason for the failure of the compressor starts or overcurrent is that the compressor phase current is too large. If the torque required for the compressor starts, the compressor phase current will also increase accordingly. The main reason for the automotive air conditioning system caused the compressor phase current. There are 7:

1) The amount of refrigerant injection is incorrect.

2) Compressor internal structural snap

3) Electromagnetic expansion valve opening is incorrect

4) The electronic fan is not running

5) There is air in the system to enter

Therefore, according to the above information, when the vehicle compressor starts failure or internal overcurrent failure, it is necessary to make the following judgment according to the site situation:

1)If the compressor starts failed, the interior of the compressor is overcurrently faulty, and the system is quickly re-filled with refrigerant. The compressor freezing oil is also re-supplied. After a period of time, it can start normally, and the high and low voltage pipeline of the compressor system normal. Then explain the problem of the system itself, independent of the compressor motor control module.

2)If the compressor is stopped after the failure, the refreshing medium is re-replenished, and the compressor refrigerated oil is also replenished, and the remaining systems are running normally. The high and low pressure pipeline of the compressor system is normal, and the compressor still does not start normally. Then, the compressor itself is abnormal, and it can be disassembled.

3)After disassembling, if it is found that the external line of the movable scroll outside the compressor is broken or the bearing damage is displayed, the compressor structure is abnormal, otherwise, the compressor motor control module is abnormal. Resulting in failure of the compressor startup.

4)After performing the above steps, the compressor motor control module is analyzed, and the fault motor control module is operated on the new compressor motor. If the operation is successful, you need to view the case of the original fault motor, whether there is a phenomenon in which the compressor motor control module is poor, and the stator abnormality is equal. If the run is failed and restarted, the compressed motor control module is abnormal.
