In 2016, ZC began to cooperate with Sany Group for a/c compressor projects, and ZC met Sany’s requirements of all-imported production lines. After the leaders of its research institute visited the company to investigate the R&D, production and manufacturing level, due to the unique design and development efficiency and R&D capability of ZC and its commitment to research and experiment on construction machinery compressors for many years, ZC finally matched with the corresponding models within 20 days, surpassing the competitors to support Sany’s excavator project.
In 2019, Guangzhou Automobile Group actively responded to the government's call to support
the development of national industries, and Zhongcheng, as the leading national compressor
brand in China, actively cooperated with Guangzhou Automobile New Energy Vehicle in project
negotiation and cooperation.
Zhongcheng owns the most advanced automatic production equipment of electric compressor and
the most complete laboratory testing equipment in China, and has long-term successful
cooperation experience with Geely Automobile, which is perfectly in line with the supplier
standard requirements of GAC Aion.
After experiencing the competition with international famous brands such as Denso,
Mitsubishi Electric and so on, and even after 18 months of development and verification, we
perfectly secured the project, and finally became the first-class supplier of A20 project
and the second-class supplier of A27 project of GAC Aion. By now, ZC has successfully
cooperated with Guangzhou Automobile Group in four projects: A18, A20, A27 and A29.
In the future, Zhongcheng will achieve the quality and performance level of 1 million
kilometers, and continuously improve the service life, durability and reliability of its
products.
In March 2021, GAC Aion A20, Aeon Y, A27 and Aeon S will officially entered the SOP stage.
In 2014, ZC successfully get the Dongfeng AX7 variable displacement compressor project, and the product quality exceeded the standard, ranking first in the quality of Dongfeng passenger car parts for a long time. The supply volume has exceeded 250,000 units, and the sales revenue is nearly 180 million Yuan. In 2019, ZC proposed an external control variable displacement compressor solution, and the G35 project was successfully secured. Mass production will begin in 2021.
After passing the certification of Dongfeng Paninco System, Zhongcheng has supplied for nearly 300,000 Dongfeng Tianjin trucks, with a sales income of 160 million Yuan.
In 2015, through unremitting efforts to enter the supporting system in FAW Jiefang, we began to supply for Jiefang’s J6P parking air conditioner project. As the first compressor manufacturer supporting parking air conditioner in China, after four years of supporting, the product quality has been stable and has been recognized by FAW Jiefang Company. At present, there are more than 60,000 vehicles equipped with stable quality compressor. Jiefang is the first manufacturer to develop parking air conditioners in China. Due to the successful supporting experience, domestic car companies use this as a benchmark to design parking air conditioners, and boosted ZC’s parking air conditioning compressor business in the market.
